Presented in this post are 5 very useful workflows that anyone can install and use immediately by downloading the app and clicking the links below. Mood Entry (for use with Day One)

Journaling is a great way to express thoughts and review your day. Day One is a great app for doing just that. This workflow simply tracks your mood by capturing your current state with just the right emoji.
