So now onto this week's wallpaper submission:
This week's wallpaper is courtesy of an overcast day and a pomegranate tree in my backyard. That tree was in full bloom when we moved in a couple of years ago and I've been obsessed with it's bloom process ever since. Plus, dozens of delicious pomegranates every year doesn't hurt either. Definitely working that tree! I first processed it through Lightroom. I wanted it to have a cold look and feel to emphasize the weather, and greens are not my favorite so it was a great way to soften them. In one of the edits (there were over twenty for this one) I decided it to run it through the Mextures app and this is the result. If you guys notice, I use Mextures a lot. It's truly an amazing, versatile app that can take your photography to the next level. And this is not a plug for it, I'm just in love with it.
I hope you all enjoy!
