This week my "i-Like" (pick of the week) was Apple (iTunes) Customer Support. I recently had an issue where I had purchased a concert movie in HD format. Well, when you purchase an HD movie, you also get a SD along with it an no additional charge. Well, the SD version of the movie downloaded fine. However, the HD version download would not complete. I tried several times only to be met with an annoying error message prior to the download completing. Well one email to customer support came with a timely reply from an Apple resprestative with an apology and a refund of the entire purchase.
This is why I am a loyal iTunes customer. This is why I love Apple products. This is why I blog.
